Frau Petry wusste bald, welche die richtige Wohnung für mich war. Sie liess mir aber Zeit, es selbst herauszufinden. We were looking to buy a holiday home in Ernen and came across a nice studio advertised by difa Immobilien and being managed by Ms Ulrike Petry. From the 1st day when we went to see the property till the final purchase, Ms Petry was very friendly, helpful and managed the entire process very smoothly and efficiently. She helped us in every step of the process, from viewing to arranging notary to do the final legal process. She was always happy to answer any questions we had or any other help we required after purchasing the property. It was a 5-star service – highly recommended.

A Great Personal Service
My husband and I travelled to Ernen to meet Ms Petry regarding purchasing a holiday home for our family. Ms Petry showed us several properties that could be potential purchase in the near future. Once we decided on the apartment we liked, the whole process of viewing to completion of purchase took less than two months. Ms Petry regularly contacted us to update us on the progress of our purchase. She helped us with the meeting of the solicitor to finalise the legal documents. Travelling to Ernen, Ms Petry shared with the local history of the village and took us on a guided tour which we enjoyed so much. Once we moved into our apartment, Ms Petry introduce us to the local caretaker who helped us with cleaning of the apartment of unwanted items.
Over the past year, we renovated the kitchen in the apartment. Again Ms Petry was so helpful in coordinating the local electricians and plumbers that got our kitchen to a functional state.
Overall, I believe Ms Petry and her company provide a service that is above and beyond buying and selling a property. She completely understands your needs and preferences and tries her best to make sure that everything is done in a perfect manner. We were very impressed with the excellent communication, the transparency of the sale and the support during the process.
